Katie Flowers, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, is a certified speech-language pathologist and has
been practicing since 2013. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication
Sciences and Disorders from the Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN and her
Master of Speech Pathology from the University of West Georgia.
Her clinical experience includes the following settings: outpatient pediatric clinics, public
school settings aged Pre-K through 8th, Telehealth and skilled nursing facility. Katie has
experience working with children and adolescents in the areas of:
Articulation/Phonology, Expressive and Receptive Language disorders/delays,
Developmental Delays, Autism, Early Childhood Language Delays, Stuttering/Fluency,
AAC, Apraxia, Pragmatics (social skills) and Learning Disabilities. Katie has a special
interest in motor speech disorders and is PROMPT trained.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and pup, Dottie.
She is excited to be back in her hometown of Marietta!
